Pros
Good Office Locations and lots of opportunities due to people leaving.
Cons
High Turnover! Lot of talk about supporting you and tools they invest in. Managers have very little management experience and some with hardly any insurance experience. Just ladder climbers. Don't believe in ride alongs. Think management is best done at their desk on their cell phones all day and weekly team meetings. Reward people for getting bad clients that leave within a year. Reputation in the industry that they want to grow so bad they will hire anyone and I've witnessed this to be true. Demand you in the office 4-5 days a week and management talks bad to your coworkers if you are not in the office and out trying to generate business. The training they brag about is horrible, all via zoom meetings that half the people are asleep. Difficult to retain much. This is a check box company, just want to say they did everything but don't really do it right.
