Pros

Great Leadership Great Culture Great Tools & Resources Great Benefits Always feel valued as more than just an employee Great sell when talking with candidates - can believe in our product and story Great Pay

Cons

Limited room for real development and promotion within TA Promotion system needs to be updated - some bias are at play No opportunity to earn certifications unless you pay out of pocket - Pretty shocking? Will not expense fees to go to conferences related to industry or Talent Acquisition - I find this to be extremely weird

Pros

Remote work, Flexible with personal appointments

Cons

No yearly raises Unorganized Training Low wages The biggest problem with USI is that they're are no yearly raises. The only way to get paid is to constantly move departments but that's subject to your current managers approval. There is constant turnover so get used to being short staffed and overworked. The training is very unorganized. There is constant misinformation from management and when it's recinded there is no accountability for information being relayed without properly checking to see if it is correct. The company is mostly telework now, however, they will try to make you come in the office sometimes if you are local to an office. The rest of your team will be in six different states and are still logging from home, so you see why that does not make sense and is overall unfair. The overall wages are pretty low but they expect a 6 figure salary work ethic out of you.

Pros

Local office and local clients.

Cons

USI is a Producer (sales) focused organization. USI minimizes Account Management’s (AM’s) roles in working with their clients. The Producers do not hesitate to “throw the AM team under the bus” for any/all client concerns or issues. Over the last 12 months, the attrition rate/loss of quality AM team members speaks volumes about the ongoing and unaddressed issues. Collectively, these issues prove USI to be an undesirable place to work. Watch your back, and your reputation, if you are considering joining the organization in an AM role.
