Great employees, but awful corporate leadership
Pros
There's not a lot of micromanagement per se when it comes to account servicing/style and the pay is great.
Cons
Just as expected when working for a corporation. The trickle down effect of processes is out of touch. The people making decisions for the office seem to have minimal understanding of the daily ins and outs. On a micro level, it's a solid atmosphere, but on the macro it's misaligned. Seniority is also a con when it comes to expectations and free hand outs. Apparently, if you have been there 20- years you can work when you feel like it and even then all you have to do is forward emails others created, in addition to collecting the bonuses and raises. The environment is awkward and feels like you're walking on eggshells in a glasshouse.
