      Great opportunity with growing company. Perks at work account. Ability to work from home. Management is great!

      Cons

      Workload can be abundant at times, but if managed efficiently shouldn't be an issue. Pressure to meet deadlines during busy months.

      Pros

      I worked at Wells Fargo Insurance until USI acquired it. USI offers constant opportunities for training, keeps archive of training videos on different topics & softwares, give employees meaningful work, offer good work/life balance.

      Cons

      The company is extremely cost concerned, do not pay their employees at competitive rate, are cheap when it comes to any thing. This may be results of USI being a privately owned and have to follow strict financial guidelines. Management is poor and very biased.
