      Decent enough working environment (people are typically polite and helpful).

      Cons

      Benefits are mediocre at best, and they're fairly expensive. Salary is not particularly competitive.

      Pros

      If you ever seen a pretty decorative cake and once you cut it, it taste horrible.. Well that's how I explain this company. They make it beautiful once you get in it, you're ready to run! Only pro is they have am excellent culture and great team.

      Cons

      Management has no clue what their doing. Take notice most good reviews are people that worked here 1 year or less. Bad ones are from seasoned employees. Very high turn over due to employee burn out and bad management. Think before applying.
