      The best brokerage firm for Producers, period.

      Pros

      I have been in the industry for over 30 years and have never seen a brokerage/consulting firm that is better at arming Producers with knowledge, resources, strategies and support to help solve our clients problems. The USI One Advantage is a differentiator for USI and our client's. In addition, the Summit and Peak awards/trips are wonderful motivating experiences. The recent Peak awards trip in Boston was one of the best reward trips I have been on in my career. The time and expense that USI put into that event and others is remarkable.

      Cons

      I really can't think of a true negative to even mention. USI has all the normal business challenges but does a great job of recognizing the contribution of all our associates.

      Pros

      Freedom to manage my workload. In high stress situations, its nice to work along side colleagues who are committed in working together & find solutions to get the job done. A great balance of work & play, team & company wide events help maintain team spirit.

      Cons

      I really cannot think of any at this moment, I love my job and the people I work with.
