Very backwards old school sales men running the organization. This is a place where micromanagement and incompetence runs rampant. If you are woman DO NOT WORK here. The management culture can be summed up as "toots" as best. Good old boy crony-ism at its worst. This company will die.

USI invests heavily on producers where they should be effectively training new employees. They expect you to watch corporate videos to learn systems or take online courses in which the individual office might do things differently. Many procedures are not well known or can be easily accessed. Every person in the office does something differently. Your supervisor can literally tell you very different information day to day and the office just isn't organized.
