      Pros

      They don't fire many people. Instead, they push people out or just let people be miserable, which makes the good workers leave.

      Cons

      - "Corporate" culture - Lack of communication. If there is communication, it's vague. - Lack of caring or respect for anyone except the sales team - No raises in years - Mediocre to poor environment in my specific office

      USI has an awesome environment and amazing people. Management is collaborative and not only accepting but eager to receive input.
