USI culture is like no other out of many of the insurance brokerages out there. Everybody has an open door policy to collaborate on ideas when it comes to going after an account. No matter is your in select commercial, middle market, employee benefits, retirement and personal risk, every one in the office treats you with respect and is looking out for your best interest. When we all succeed, USI succeeds. As far as a sales position you receive handfuls of training on the systems USI uses, making calls, overcoming objections and etc... They provide you with all the tools you need to be a successful producer. Account management and marketing work hand and hand with you to make sure your accounts are taken care of. Benefits package is amazing, the best I have seen in the insurance industry. I would highly recommend any insurance professional to consider a career with USI.
