      Pros

      Very flexible work from home opportunities, collaborative colleagues, compensation commensurate with experience and a large network of agents / brokers.

      Cons

      The benefits are ok, unexpected surprise that there is a waiting period of thirty days after the first of the month. So if you begin work on the 2nd, you have almost 60 days of uninsured medical / dental. Their best advice was to elect COBRA from previous employer which can be cost prohibitive for some.
