      Pros

      This is a professional and rewarding environment to work in. USI's growth has been astronomical since I started in 2016. The benefits are wonderful and the environment is pleasant., with free food often in the break rooms. We are given more holidays and PTO days than I even know what to do with. I personally know several members of the company that have been here for more than 20 years. Turn over rate is very low.

      There is nothing bad I can say about my time here. I thoroughly enjoy coming to work every day.
