      Pros

      The local leadership is fantastic and the group think works well. The training is good.

      Cons

      The metrics are tough to hit given the limitations on prospects and amount of other producers. The service teams lose business as fast as you bring it in. Unfortunately low standards on that end. All focus is on new business.
