      USI is a fast-paced, growing organization. They offer a solid benefits package and the latest technology for their team members. The low turnover is a key indicator that most people have made this a permanent home.

      Cons

      USI feels smaller than it is. People transitioning from large organizations looking for narrowly focused roles will be disappointed. We wear a lot of hats at USI and hard works is expected, but also rewarded.
