      Pros

      USI is a wonderful place to work. Work life balance is a priority. Management takes an active role in investing in your career. The overall job is fun and varied. Lastly, remote work is a viable option at this company.

      Cons

      The benefits could be better. PTO isn't bad, but could be better when compared to the NY market. It'd be great if you'd get more leave once you hit three years at the company. Minimal paternity and maternity leave. This could be significantly better.
