      Pros

      awesome Co workers. Almost four weeks of vacation all paid holidays more than most companies. Christmas party lots of fun. Before all the crazy acquisitions it was good work great management loved it. Was treated fairly. Depends who your manager. Some are great most aren't.

      Cons

      Management sucks!! Moved to another team. They treat everyone different. Some people can Get away with anything while others get in trouble for nothing. High work load. Low pay no raises 1 bonus if your lucky. Can't get promoted to another department unless manager approves. Too much work and adds work all the time without compensating. Micro manages way too much. No talking.

      Pros

      I am a new producer at USI and love the way this company thinks about success. They are working very hard to support me, I have had outstanding sales training and my Practice Leader works with me daily to support me in prioritizing prospects, practicing call scripts, and preparing alongside other professionals for first appointment meetings. If you are dedicated to being successful you really can't go wrong here.

      Cons

      It is a very focused, highly driven environment. If you are not committed to being a successful producer than it would be hard to fit in. Not an easy place to just sit on a book.
