      Smart people, great place to work!

      Pros

      I get to do what I do best everyday. The culture is professional yet friendly. Senior leadership walks the talk. Everyone works hard and plays hard. CEO well respected. Company celebrated its 20th anniversary by doing community service projects in all offices. Employees rewarded with additional company paid holiday. This comany has both stability and growth. Excellent technology platform.

      Cons

      Multiple acuisitions over the past few years. Will take time to integrate all offices. In the meantime people have to deal with ambiguity and change.

      Sweat shop with mediocre upper management.

      Pros

      Was close to where I lived.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Worked for them for 11 years. Basically worked 24/7 - at times worked at night. Management could ask for a report at 6 pm on Tuesday and expect it 7 am next Wednesday. Had to cancel vacations because management said so. People were hired in busy period and then literally dumped when work flow slowed down.

      Smart, talented, driven people Exposure to carriers, employers, and other vendors

      Cons

      Drive employees to and beyond breaking points - stress, tears, and anxiety very common. Employees outside of sales are expendable. Employees consistently leave here and work less/earn more elsewhere. Never fully staffed. Always ask/demand more from you with little financial compensation, flexibility or return for your investment. A career here lasting 5 or more years not sustainable.
