      Big box brand. National Presence.

      Cons

      Discrimination violating ADEA, FEHA, and several other labor laws. They love to roll producers and fire workers viewed as too unattractive.

      Pros

      USI is a growing company. New owner in Onex. Challenging work environment. Won't tolerate complacency so if you want to work hard and learn you will do great. The company is doing so many good things (but most people don't know about them yet).

      Cons

      Best kept secret. USI is not a household name so the company could benefit from some brand building to get some more name recognition.
