Leadership is a relvoving door with a new marketing manager every year so there is no brand consistency. Over half of the c-suite leadership has departed in the last two years. Brokerage model while an effective defense in benefits marketplace has played havoc with affinity groups who need exclusive programs. There are no effeciencies with each acquistion as the existing systems are maintained. Some clients are billed separately from multiple systems depending upon their lines of coverage.

Sub-standard support. Company is bottom line driven and pending re-capitalization will only drive service to a lower standard. Based on the level of support, you are better off working for a smaller firm if you have the drive and ability to be successful at USI.
