Pros
The "flex schedule" days you work and extra 45 minutes everyday so you can get a day off every other week. It makes it easy to go to appointments and take care of alot of things with out having to use your PTO.
Cons
When you work hard they take advantage of that, instead of setting a standard. Alot of people get by here with "I dont know how to do that" so that the ones that do and are dumb enough to say they know how get stuck with it. For example if you are an account manager you should know how to do certain things b/c you werent born into that position, you had to work your way there so how can you forget?
