      Pros

      USI is not "standing still"; it is willing to take calculated risk. It is a fast paced entrepreneurial culture and the business is investing in itself by leveraging tools and technologies in an innovative way. There is not a lot of bureaucracy or red tape - the "best idea wins".

      Cons

      Heightened sense of urgency on deliverables. Employees expected to "pivot" constantly so not for the "faint hearted" or inflexible.

      Pros

      Growth opportunities, competitive salaries, innovative. Clearly set and communicated goal which are consistent throughout each location. Strong communication lines between corporate and employees. It is obvious they are investing back into the company and committed to its growth. Employees have various reward programs as well.

      Cons

      Branding. However, it has been communicated they are investing monies in branding in 2014.
