      USI offers 100% remote positions.

      Cons

      The pay is on the lowest end of the average salary for commercial account managers. Annual pay raises average 1-2% and are completely negated by increased health benefit costs to employees. The company caters to the sales team and does not really care about the service or support teams.

      Good insurance and benefits. Can work remotely.

      Cons

      Remote workers often get ignored for pay raises. They go to "someone they want to award more" $1,000 pay raise every 3 years is rather pathetic. Don't expect to get noticed unless you are a favorite of someone in charge.
