      Pros

      Many organizations are too stuck on pulling the top performers down to average and too fixed on propping up low performers to average. USI does a very good job of avoiding that pitfall.

      A little bit bullish on technology improvements before their time.

      Competitive salaries, great benefits, good working conditions, great people, good hours

      Cons

      Can't think of any. Great co-workers, many office perks, Employee discount program and there's always a reason for spread of some kind in the office. It's fun to come to work every day.
