Benefits. Good management teams are out there.

Cons

Corporate is completely out of touch with the field. It is a neverending cycle of work weekends because weekdays hours were restricted. Toxic environment.

Pros

- A great safety culture! - If you apply yourself, the career opportunities are there for the taking - If you manager your time properly, you can set your own schedule - You have the opportunity to hone your leadership skills and mentor others - If you like to travel, this job is for you - Company car or monthly vehicle allowance is great!

Cons

- Family time can suffer due to the amount of hours worked daily - If you don't like to travel and be outside, this job is NOT for you - If you cannot handle high stress situations, this job is NOT for you - If you do not like to manage people, assets or customers, this job is NOT for you - Not enough bonus opportunities for Operations Managers that are NOT District Managers but do the same job as the District Managers
