Your company vehicle is tracked by GPS & you will be questioned on why you stopped here for this long or why you went this way, etc. You won't have time to get your oil changed because your work load is so overwhelming. You will be on call & may be called out 2-3 times a night & you will still be expected to work your regular shift. Turnover is horrendous! Some people wise up quicker than others…but in the end, it's the guys that are still trying to work & do their job, who suffer! Pay raises are once a year & you MIGHT get a 3% raise = pennies!

You will make only a small amount of money. We started at 14/hour, and even the most highly productive employees will get less than a 50 cent raise per year. The stress level is very high. The expectations made on field employees are unrealistic. They do not hire enough people to do the work, and very few people hang around for long. The only people who stay are the ones who absolutely cannot leave for financial reasons, and they leave as soon as they find something better. This is not a long term job. If you do take this job, don't expect to be here for more than a year.
