Pros

the only pro is having a company vehicle

Cons

company phone must be on and with you at all time. unexpected mandatory overtime and weekend work week after week after week. favourtism among supervision. more noticably with the on call rotation. usually the less like guys get the most on call weeks. and they get back to back on call holidays. no bonus for being on call. you get your hourly rate for going out on an "emergency" at 2 o'clock in the morning.

Pros

Alot of freedom throughout your day. If you do the job and meet/exceed daily goals, usually there are no problems and opportunities for advancement. Company is fiscally responsible and seem to be growing in size, but that does affect your income at times.

Cons

Industry is closely related to construction industry. So when the economy is down, your income goes down.
