Too many Chiefs and definitely not enough Indians. They micro-manage you the best they can. Instead of calling you to see where you are at to meet up with you, your supervisor just appears out of nowhere using the GPS. They would rather spend their time tracking us than they would anything else. For a company who is the largest in the nation for utility locating they are the worse at communicating. Their ticket management system is the worse out there, bring back mobile dispatch. They will tell you that you will get a bonus but then you don't. They have done away with raises across the board for technicians but I can only assume everyone else gets some type of bonus. Instead of raise they will give you UP to a 5% bonus of your base pay. So if you are making $13 an hour and have a little over time and lets say you made $30,000 in a year. The MAX your bonus can be year after year since you won't get a raise is $1500 before taxes. So in 5 years when your kids ask why they have to have Dr. Thunder to drink instead of the Dr. Pepper you can tell them you didn't get a raise and you barely netted a $1,000 after your "bonus." Do us all a favor and don't take a job with this company. We all had to learn the hard way, but we are trying to prevent you guys from making the same mistake we did.

Mandatory overtime and 6 day work weeks on a continuous basis is ridicules
