Pros

Work truck to take home.

Cons

Everything about this company sucks. Supervisor was a complete jerk on a daily basis. No help from supervisor ever. Claim to only work Saturdays sometimes but make you work every one.

We have recently added a large number of technicians and have plans to add additional technicians as needed. We are continually improving our training program, as well. We believe these changes will lead to less turnover and create a better working environment and better work/life balance for our technicians.

Pros

Truck to drive to and from. Company phone. Endless OT. Create relationships with contractors who eventually hire you. Learn what you can and move on.

Cons

Long hours, no help, expected to double what a normal person can produce. DM is a small minded hot head. Who cares more about telling stories on how great he is, rather than shut up and lead. This DM is a WASTE of space. Supervisors sit in the office playing games, which is tolerated by DM. Supervisors that are in no way Leaders. Better not challenge any authority decision even if wrong or you will get terminated. Safety is a joke, all comes down from the top. Crap DM, to lazy Supervisors, breeds negativity to the people that are truly making the money.

Pros

Good for a single person who wants to throw their one short life away to a company that views your as a expendable asset.

Cons

Everything! Worst management ever. High turn over rate, and getting worse. The company only cares about taking on more and more utility contracts, and still demanding us to mark 2 tickets per hr, each ticket having 5 or more utilities to locate. Pay is terrible considering the liability, responsibility, and amount of stress we are under. You are held responsible for damages if you miss something and it reflects on your tiny raise which is only 50 cents max anyway. The company acts like they own you! Screw your life and personal responsibilities, they only want you to 50-70 hrs a week 6 days a week for them while their fat greedy butts sit in the ac getting richer, and they throw us the table scraps. Then every couple of weeks you are on call for a week. If the phone rings 2 am, u have 2 hrs to get it done. U have to threaten to quit to get decent money. To top it off they gps track everything but our farts... So far. So while we're rushing to get their dumb tickets done for them, they're more concerned about our decelerations or speeding. Or when its 100 degrees, they complain about idle time when you're trying to cool off in the ac. New guys take forever to get up to speed. This job is not easy, and way more technical than it looks. No ticket runs the same, and you're a slave to the contractors that always get their way. They call in stupid tickets, and we have to do it, always wasting our time.
