      Pros

      I joined USM with not much expectations because in sales job you cannot expect much freedom initially. But the management here was very co-operative and they offered every assistance i needed to get things done. My feedback and suggestions were taken seriously and were addressed. Good opportunities to people who are willing to work hard & good recognition.

      Cons

      I didn't come across any problem, everything about USM is great.

      Too much of restrictions and surveillance. Employees are scared to even move from their desk to talk to the next person.

      Not the right place for seniors to work at all. Management won't provide any job security to employees. If anyone wants to move next level in they career then it's not a good decision to join here.
