No Pros . The only Pro is Infrastructure ( because its there own Building )
Cons
1. No Proper Management , if you are late for 1 minute they will deduct half day salary 2. No proper Incentives , They will give only 5k per close that to for 3 months 3. No Parking Facility for Cars . If you have cars then stay away from this company 4. Improper Termination . If there boss is not happy with his personal things immediate termination will happen in the company 5. No Clients . 6. They have development team also but they are not paying salaries to them . 7. Salary timings , every month they will pay the salaries with Dealy of 1 week 8. If you dont have close for one month they will terminate you with out any notice 9. There are 5 teams in this Company . Every team needs to attend daily call with floor manager every 2 hours 10 . Last but not least management feel every employee is there slaves , even in software company also there is no this much of restrictions . Only one lady will rule the office with her lack of management skills .
