office is falling apart, executives are clueless as to knowledge about business to business relationships - all about how much money you can make off a deal and getting butts in seats - screw everything else - not trustworthy people - more than 13 people fired in a few short weeks - seems like the norm. All the positive reviews on here must come from executives in the company, because none of these people or reviews exist - there are no senior recruiters in Chantilly, and no sales people - just a few order takers and account managers at best....more lies. One day you have benefits - the next you do not - it is not the same thing for all....it is different for each person and if you are in India and connected....then you are golden.

Micromanagement is through the roof. They literally watch your every move and sometimes it feels as if you cannot make a decision without going through management first. How are you supposed to groom your employees to be self-sufficient if they have to go through you for everything, and you don't get back to them in a timely manner? Management is also not understanding of taking personal time and expects you to be available to them at all hours. There is no structure in anything that you do; you basically have to wing everything and hope that you don't do anything wrong. You never know what your expectations are and will feel as if you are not secure in your job even though you are doing the best with what you have.
