      Pros

      Got Paid on time. Good HR Department. Great Marketing Support. I was satisfied during the time I was with them.

      Cons

      Dissatisfaction from the way I was treated after I left the company. I wasnt given an employment verification letter after i requested it. It was put on a hold and never issued. Apparently my short tenure did not go down well with them.

      Pros

      I joined USM with not much expectations because in sales job you cannot expect much freedom initially. But the management here was very co-operative and they offered every assistance i needed to get things done. My feedback and suggestions were taken seriously and were addressed. Good opportunities to people who are willing to work hard & good recognition.

      Cons

      I didn't come across any problem, everything about USM is great.
