      Pros

      The first that I would like to share is that USM pays salaries on time.  The work culture makes employees fit in their environment comfortably for years Flexible timings and five working days in a week are added benefits

      Cons

      Career growth is for sure, but one needs to have the patience to enjoy it.

      Pros

      I’m working as a PHP developer in USM. My colleagues are all very cooperative. I have also experienced a good friendly working environment with project managers. Their support and encouragement in the development process for every employee are equal and appreciable.
