Pros
Good work atmosphere, kitchen stocked with coffee and snacks. Fair/average pay and benefits.
Cons
The CEO is incredibly egoistic and wants everything does his way. He sets the most unrealistic deadlines and never really listens to what others have to say. The work gets monotonous and there is no room for growth. The company keeps growing and the structure isn't in place for it so communication is a mess.
