Willing to train those with small amount of experience. People in house are all nice and friendly and willing to train. (If you're willing to work)

Cons

Management will fire an employee in the snap of a finger for a common mistake or life inconvenience. Constant schedule changes.

Pros

Decent pay, great coworkers, job isn't hard just requires focus and actual...work.

Cons

Disconnect between branches of the company. Sales teams and higher ups make promises to potential customers that aren't logistically feasible (ironic for a logistics company). Under selling accounts making it difficult to retain Independent Contractors. Lots of field teams throwing the dispatch team under the bus. Some dispatch offices handle a much higher workload and end up handling OTHER offices work loads because they just. . . aren't. The health insurance is also WAY overpriced for the mediocre coverage it has.
