Flexible work time. Women-friendly policies. Work from home even prior to Pandemic. Good work culture and transparent in policies

Cons

Policies Keep changing yearly. Junior employees will find it tough to grow up even if they are good performers.

No values and does not trust employees even after serving Many years. Does not pay the Prorated Yearly variable component in the final settlement.
