Every year, a competition between accounts centred on a certain topic is organised in two parts: physical booths and a board room presentation. The HR staff presented the "Reuse Reduce and Recycle" theme last year in our place. Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle have been discussed in relation to the hiring process. We were all wearing white and blue clothing. The entire team came together, collaborated, and demonstrated the power and cohesion of our account in both phases, which helped us win the competition @ US
