Work-Life balance: The work-life balance is good especially in projects with achievable targets and reasonable shift timings.

Cons

Potential for Low Salaries: Salaries may be lower than expected when compared to other similar companies. Limited Career Advancement: Career advancement opportunities may be limited. And promotions may be slow. Disorganized operations: There are difficulties in getting questions answered in a timely manner from HR Operations.
