      I started the journey with the company back in 2013 as a content developer and was given an opportunity to work with various top MNC companies with different domains and experiences Currently, I'm leading the IT, Validation, and Manufacturing portfolio Along the way of my journey with the company, I can see how the company creates job opportunities, up / cross-skilling the employee to fulfill the business/industry needs, actively creates high-value jobs for the local ecosystem

      Very forward looking, supportive and friendly work environment.

      Cons

      Competitive market segment - so it makes it tough to invest big dollars to compete against the big players. Which i think has been corrected now as they have grown bigger.
