I feel nothing good as of now.

Cons

Its been already six months, still we have not been allocated to any projects.We are in Talentpool and now they are asking us to start a new Retraining where if we do not pass 65% for assessment we will be terminated.They asked us to sign the bond.Why this was not disclosed while giving offer letter. I know many people who joined Ust amidst having other reputed companies' offer letter only because Ust called first. Our future is nothing to them.
