Below Average Pay scale. Policies are updated frequently to reduce cost to company and thereby employee benefits have been reducing year on year.

Good company, Very good package, deployed at client location.

Cons

Too much amount deduction in variable pay and it will be paid once in a year with full added, if you resign in the middle or end that full amount of VP is gone.
