Not a good company to start with if you are early in your career

Good marketing with swanky front desks.
Cons
1. No benefits or hikes. The bonus would take ages to arrive 2. No definite process for salary hikes and bonus. One word- depends on the market. How can other companies provide hikes and raises within the timeline. Reason: management lacks the financial discipline 3. Better off at client sites. A short stint there and looking at other companies is a wise choice to make 4. No transparency in the process 5. More of process which is not streamlined and buggy system 6. If you think you are in MNC company, then you are wrong. They behave as local company with no flavors of an MNC. Do not expect some wonderful talk that can impress you . As far I have come across, they are just your equals or much worse. Keep your expectations low
