      Not Much Growth

      Pros

      I was assigned to a client. There is not much communication with with UST other than just collecting pay-checks from them.

      Cons

      Once client ended the contract. I was feeling like I am just by myself. They gave me a month to find a another position from their internal openings. No performance assessment or connection to any other employee. So there is a possibility of moving forward.
