Pros

Small company without strict work culture. Good company to reach higher levels without much experience in relevant areas if you are not interested in pay scales. Good place to start your career to gain good experience and exposure if you are self motivated. The higher management is outstanding and have good vision. They are able to find new projects and are very successfull in bringing new clients and able to run the company.

Cons

The management team in Account Manager level is not up to the mark. They are old employees who reach the position after working for UST Global for many years. They don’t have enough skill set and even less salary than the Senior Software Engineers who are joining as laterals. They are not able to run the projects and keep the existing clients satisfied. Most of the managers do not know how to run the project successfull and thus not able to keep the clients with the company. UST Global is spending a lot for getting new client but not able to keep the promise with existing clients and not trying to grow with the clients. Once management realises the customer satisfaction factor and works towards it, UST Global will be among the Top IT Companies. Senior management team is able to bring big clients but company is not able to satisfy the customers and grab more opportunities and prevents the company from growing in today's word of high competition.
