They aren’t hundred percent transparent about their future goals and it doesn’t seem like higher level executives are good at trend analysis or risk management. They were not transparent about what was going on employees in the dark, purposely for their own gain, so that we wouldn’t leave ourselves, instead, we ended up getting laid off Around Christmas and six months later again, right around the time of people losing family members as well
