Pros

Largest headcount, better pay is possible, does a great job of finding new work for their more valued employees when the winds of change blow through quarterly. Getting a job role that is "managed services" can mean an unlimited work period and a fairly good benefits package.

Cons

Always looking to save a buck, low entry wage offers, cheap laptops, limited employee support (no local HR or personnel), stingy with annual increases. Requires even remote server support work to be done from Intel semiconductor cube seats. Corporate email is flooded with all sorts of distracting India team-only messages.

Very little accountability, people tend to ignore emails and requests until you go above them. No room for growth or internal investment. Lots of sexism towards women
