Pros

Everything is awful that if you survive long enough, you will become mentally and emotionally tougher. Interview process is fast. Great place for political strategist.

Cons

Low salary. No bonuses. Every other year salary increases. Hostile to co-workers that are not live on the same region. Greedy Managers.

Pros

I wish I had an appropriate positive comment. If you are fresh out of college and you need to get your feet wet, this is a good place to start so that in the future, you will know what not to do.

Cons

There is no such thing as work/life balance unless you live at the office and never turn off your phone and computer. Nepotism, racism, poor salaries, and questionable morals leads to a demoralized staff unless you are one of the chosen few.

Pros

None. This company was exactly what you would think of when you talk about offshore contracting vs full time US based employees.

Cons

This is the worst company I've ever worked for. My team was offloaded from our previous company to UST Global as contractors for the positions we already had. The initial promises were great, but it was obviously just so employees wouldn't jump ship immediately. They are absolutely ONLY driven by money. No care for their employees. The benefits are standard; they actively removed many of my team members who were outstanding workers and people, with people who knew nothing about our business but were obviously paid much less. This includes myself. A terrible company and the epitome of what you don't want as an employee. When I was laid off after coming back from short term disability. The very day I came back, I was dismissed. They offered 30 days of pay to match my position but their internal job board was horrible to work with. No one to ask for help and even though there were 1,700+ jobs 'open'. Most I applied for were just placeholders for someone else AND only about 200 jobs were based in the US.
