A Big MNC with good Management. Highly flexible. Opportunities will be provided based on the talent. I got an onsite opportunity in the 3rd year of my Professional life. Health benefits for employee can be consider as one of the top. An employer giving importance equally to both professional and family life. Employees will be trained on their area of interest to get excel in their career.

Cons

If there are no project or lesser project, you might have to wait in the talent pool until get an another suitable project.
