Pros

Pay hike is OK if you are able to please your client which means more buiness for UST. Otherwise its not OK. Medical benefits are probably the best among peers. Includes full coverage for family as well. Client site placement with big clients. Some employee activities and outings. They are family oriented and will easily offer job to your spouse, if he/she can fit somewhere. In certain domains, salaries are really high compared to others, but it depends on client as well. So if you are interested in money and have family, and dont care what you work you do, this is the perfect place for you.

Cons

Typical service based company. They simply dont care what your problems are, as long as client smiles. If they tell you they are "innovators", that means some client must be paying them for some project. They wont do any project/product on their own. Most managers are just random people who are better in conning you rather than guiding you. Non-technical and people management type managers, who literally have no idea what you can or cannot do. Most of the managers are managing to their benefit and not bothered about the company. So there are many small small "globals" within UST Global, with constant jealousy between managers. If you are lucky, work exposure is good. New technologies. But again depends on client. Sometimes its really bad for some people, boring work. There is practically NO career progression, because person on top if you is a people manager, not technical manager. So if you are interested in good management, take pride in your "work" and wish to be appreciated, then this is not really the place for you.
