      They only care about Indian people

      None that I can think of

      Cons

      They fire American workers with no severance and no reason to hire Indians only. If you are an American they only use you to transfer knowledge, then you will be replaced by someone from off shore that is Indian The pay and benefits are bad too PTO is really bad

      It was nice experience with UST

      Pros

      If you land in a good project or account, you may have flexible hours, remote work or hybrid possibilities, with manageable workloads. Opportunities for new employees (especially freshers) to train, get exposure to tools, projects, mentor support etc. It’s a decent place to get started.
