Pros

Good health benefits. Some people are nice.

Cons

Culture. 100% this is the driving issue behind a lot of bad stuff. They say they have values like integrity and humility. Don’t see it one bit. If you are American, your idea of integrity definitely does not match theirs. White and female? Good luck. You will be dealing with Indian men who are maybe 60 years behind American men when it comes to views and behavior towards women. Feels like everyone is always trying to sell you on something. Aggressive, rude, demeaning, and just chaotic for no good reason other than corporate functions must be a mess. I don’t know how this disaster stays in business. I don’t understand how it takes so many weeks to get your UST training when your client training happens right away. Lots of time wasted on getting login information correct because links don’t work or some other issue. Runs like a broken mom & pop shop instead of some glossy multinational corporation. I have heard plenty of nonsense about change and improvements over the years. Have yet to see it change for the better.

Step IT Up America - DO NOT DO IT

Pros

This program is utilized by other companies as a way to train new employees. If you end up with a job at the other company, that is the only pro.

Cons

Everything. The SIUA program is a waste of your company's time and resources. Run the training yourselves or outsource to a different company. Maybe they won't use copywritten documents found online as teaching materials. (That's just the beginning). If you are an individual, save yourself the stress and mistreatment. This was like a five month long hazing program. No job is worth the crap they put you through. They claim this is equivalent to a 4 yr degree program. It wasn't even equivalent to a half semester course.

Pros

If you can negotiate on your salary and a get a good package, you are in luck, as thats the only one good reason to work there

Cons

This company has no proper policies in place. The HRs are non existent and do not even reply to emails.Everyone works in cylo and has no connectivity whatsoever. Projects are scarce and that makes the job a constant risk , specially if you are a technology expert. Managers have a tendency to survive on the cost of the developers. Their verbal promises hold no value, and everything resets of ur manager changes. All starts from scratch.
